We the people of the United PogoTribe (U.P.T.), in order to form a more perfect 

Union, establish weirdness, insure domestic Tribe-ility, provide for common awesomeness, promote the general impossibility, and secure the blessings of Dan Brown to ourselves and our tribe, do or Dan and establish this Constitution for the United Tribes of Pogobat.
