Grow strong

"Grow strong" is one of the proposed stated values of our PogoTribe. Please use this wiki page to flesh out what exactly this means to us. The end goal is to have a 2-3 paragraph summary of each of our stated values.
Ideas
- Looking out for each other: Defending and protecting the community as it exists in all of its diversity, love, and wonder. No matter what our fellow members believe in, who they love, or what they do, we stand strong. Making sure to be aware of anything that may be wrong or harming the tribe as a whole or even individual tribe members. Whether we are close or distant with these members, to keep our tribe strong we need to keep our members well. This includes helping others emotionally, physically, or in any other way we can. Cheer them up, encourage them, make sure they are safe and healthy.
- Looking out for those not part of the tribe: It is vital that the love that begins in the tribe is not only shared with current members. By not only Embrace our "inner weird", but by embracing the inner weird of others, the tribe will be able to grow. By helping others, we are not only gaining favor with those outside of the tribe but also helping ourselves, as any improvement to the world at large will always certainly come back to us tenfold.
- Looking out for each other not only includes how we do things for each other and act as a community, but also includes the more obvious such as hurting each others ideas and hurting the tribe as a whole. We need to overall be on the lookout for each other and accept all ideas as just as good as our own. We should not tolerate hurtful words and harmful ideals, but rather promote that we all simply look out for each other.
- Looking out for others will also help look out for ourselves. Ayn Rand presents a philosophy known as Objectivism. It basically states that man should act in its own self interest and work for his/her own happiness. As humans we congregate into tribes in order to increase our own happiness as the end result. Looking out for each other is a great value to hold as it ensures that others within our tribe will help individuals to maintain their happiness, and find happiness in helping.
